However, it is important that effective leaders help the people to understand how contributions work for them with a broader vision. Main Body For a successful leader, according to Antonakis and House (2013), it is always important for the individual to be honest in their workplace and personal life. The team being considered would be a reflection of the values to uphold the area been considered.
